I truly love my profession. I love the hair part for sure but most of all I love what is brought out through doing “just hair.” It’s almost nothing to do with hair and everything to do with how I just got the opportunity to change someone’s day, week, month. It’s adding and being there or in someway being part of someone’s special day in the creation of their hair. It’s the light that shines through my guests when they love their end result and seeing that attitude change of total self love. Seeing how people radiate walking out. A bad day? just became an amazing day with fantastic hair to show. Life is a little rough? I had the opportunity to make someone smile and joyful, even if it only was a temporary fix. I get the opportunity to be a part of peoples lives in more way than hair.

When I'm not working, my favorite thing to do is to spend time with my son. My little guy is full of life, love, and wonder. He makes my heart full. My go-to guilty pleasure? Chipotle. Every. Single. Time.

My favorite thing about working at Evolution? I love how everyone involved is rooting for you. I love that this company does not shy away from showing you your potential and it doesn’t stop there. At Evolution there is a strategic goal and plan for you specifically. You are coached, loved, encouraged. I know I can go to my bosses and they will guide me as best they can, as honest as they can, and with a willing heart to help always. (That goes beyond hair too.) I love the culture in this salon. My coworkers are inspiring and uplifting. It’s the luxury of loving what I do, where I do it, who I do it with, and who I work for. Having the privilege to say that whole heartedly is my favorite thing about Evolution.
